1. Who we are

Feedready is a SaaS platform for AI-powered content planning and ad asset generation. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the company operating Feedready. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@feed-ready.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account data — email address and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, credit consumption, and timestamps.
  • Content you provide — website URLs you ask us to scan, brand assets (logos, colors), and any text or images you upload.
  • Payment data — billing information is handled directly by Stripe; we store only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and operate the Feedready service.
  • Generate content plans and ad assets on your behalf.
  • Calculate and deduct credits for AI usage.
  • Send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts).
  • Improve the service and diagnose technical issues.

4. AI processing and third-party providers

To generate content and analyze your brand, we send data to third-party AI providers — currently Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT-4o and image generation). This includes website URLs, extracted brand signals, and the content you ask us to process. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use the following categories of cookies and similar tracking technologies:

  • Strictly necessary — HTTP-only session cookies managed by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics & advertising (consent required) — We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel on our public marketing pages to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These are only loaded after you give consent via the cookie banner on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage, or by visiting this site in a private window and declining via the banner.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Scan data and generated assets are retained for the lifetime of the associated project. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@feed-ready.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on all database tables. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
