1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Feedready, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Feedready is an AI-powered platform that helps marketing teams plan content, generate ad copy, and produce creative assets. The service uses large language models (LLMs) and image generation models to produce output based on your inputs.

3. AI-generated content — important disclaimer

AI can hallucinate. The content generated by Feedready — including text, captions, summaries, competitor analysis, and images — is produced by AI models that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information.

Specifically, you should be aware that:

  • AI-generated content may contain factual errors, invented statistics, or incorrect claims about products, services, people, or competitors.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.
  • Feedready provides no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any generated content.
  • Do not publish AI-generated factual claims in advertisements or marketing materials without independent verification.
  • Generated images may not accurately represent real products, people, or places.

Using Feedready does not replace the need for human editorial judgment. The platform is a tool to accelerate your workflow, not a substitute for professional review.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@feed-ready.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Feedready to:

  • Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates applicable law.
  • Produce spam, misleading advertising, or content designed to deceive consumers.
  • Scrape or extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

Content you upload or provide remains your property. For AI-generated output, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the generated content for your business purposes, subject to these terms. Feedready retains no ownership over your generated assets.

Feedready's platform, branding, and underlying technology are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Credits and billing

Access to certain features requires credits. Credits are consumed when AI operations are performed (scans, content generation, image generation). Credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscription terms are governed by the billing page and Stripe's terms of service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedready is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway, unless otherwise required by applicable EU consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
